According to Law no. 677/2001

processing of personal data and free movement of such data, modified and
completed, and the provisions of
Law no. 506/2004
regarding the processing of personal data and
privacy in electronic communications sector, S.C. BLUE AIR
TRANSPORT AERIAN S.A. has the obligation to
manage safely and only for the purposes specified below, all personal data you provide about yourself, your family member(s) or
another person.
The purpose of collecting personal
data is the registration and transfer of personal passenger data for:
» sending offers, advertising and marketing
messages;
»
booking/issuing tickets;
» ensure that
the website is relevant to your needs;
» transmitting PNR (Passenger Name Record) data type for
the purposes of air transport safety and security to other states (the airports of arrival and in
particular to Great Britain, according
to the E-Border
program);
» confirming the
services you have purchased on-line and providing additional
services (changes of
program, route, operating
schedule, etc.);
» joining the loyalty
program myBlue Smart Money;
» informing you by mail,
phone, SMS or any other electronic means of communication
about promotions made by S.C. BLUE AIR TRANSPORT AERIAN S.A. or by
partner companies.
We also mention that S.C. BLUE AIR TRANSPORT AERIAN S.A. will not use
the personal data you provide for
purposes other than those specified above,
unless that is clearly stated in writing, and for which we have received your
permission beforehand.
The data will
be kept for six months then archived.
S.C. BLUE AIR TRANSPORT AERIAN S.A. has notified The National Supervisory
Authority For Personal Data Processing regarding
the fact that uses personal
data, receiving the registration number 4957.
Recorded personal data are for use of the operator S.C. BLUE AIR TRANSPORT AERIAN S.A. and are communicated in
accordance with the provisions in force only to the state authorities and/or
to users appointed by S.C. BLUE AIR TRANSPORT AERIAN S.A. upon
request.
According to Law no. 677/2001,
you have the right of access, opposition, modifying the
data, the right not to be subject to individual decisions and
the right to go to court.
If some data about you is incorrect, please let
us know as soon as possible.
