Bucharest, February 8th, 2012: The first Romanian smart flying airline, Blue Air, announces moving its operations to Henri Coanda International Airport starting with March 25th, 2012, at the same time with the beginning of the summer schedule.
"We constantly improve our services, so for the comfort of our passengers, we decided to move the operations on Henri Coanda International Airport starting with March 25th, 2012, and increase the capacity of the existing fleet with another aircraft, specially designed to operate new destinations and frequencies. Passengers who purchased tickets for trips beginning with March 25th, 2012 will be informed through SMS, e-mail, newsletters and notice on the Blue Air website. We will also announce the move to all agencies in the country and abroad”, said Sherif Ussama, General Manager of Blue Air.
Regarding the company plans for 2012, we have introduced new destinations such as Venice from Bucharest (available flights from March 25th) and from Bacau (available flights from June 2nd). Also, the fleet will increase starting with February, with a new aircraft Boeing 737-400.
