How to check-in

You've booked your tickets and can start looking forward to your journey! Whether you prefer to check-in at the airport or online, take a look at our guide

Check-in online to make things easy

You can check-in as early as 30 days and up to 12 hours before your scheduled departure time.

Thus, if you choose:

  • Light – you can check-in 3 days before your flight
  • Classic – you can check-in 7 days before your flight
  • Premium – you can check-in 30 days before your flight

This service is available for most flights. Before performing your check-in, make sure you check the list of flights that make an exception to this rule.

In case you are departing from or flying to an airport listed as an exception, you can perform your check-in at the airport, free of charge.

About check-in

What you'll need

Be ready to enter either your booking ID and personal contact email OR your booking ID and passenger last name. Click here to check-in online now.

After you've checked in

Once you've successfully checked-in, we recommend you to:

  • Print your boarding pass(es)
  • Make sure you have all necessary travel documents
  • Make a note in your diary to arrive at the airport two hours early


Remember: if you modify your booking, you'll need to check-in online again, as your original boarding pass may no longer be valid.

Check-in at the airport with our friendly team

If you prefer to check-in personally at the airport, no problem. We ask you come to see us at the check-in desk two hours before your scheduled departure time. This gives us enough time to arrange take-off and means you won't have to rush! Airport check-in is free of charge.

What we'll check

Be ready for us to check:

  • your ticket
  • your valid ID or passport
  • the weight of any check-in baggage you'd like to put in the hold
  • the weight and size of any carry-on baggage you'd like with you in the cabin

After you've checked in

Once you've successfully checked-in, we recommend you listen to all announcements and keep an eye on the departures screens. If you need any information or assistance, just ask a member of the Blue Air team.
