Funds are transferred directly from your online bank account to our account. We accept payments in EUR and USD.

AIRPLUS – issued within the MasterCard network, the AirPlus card is accepted by more than 32.6 million merchants from over 240 countries around the world. We accept payments in EUR and USD.

GIROPAY – Online payment system for Germany. We accept payments in EUR and USD. Giropay customers use the same environment as banks' online payment platforms.

Important Information

If your payment is not made within the indicated time, your reservation may be cancelled. You must pay in the currency used when making the reservation.

Whether you pay by bank transfer or cash deposit, you must fill-in the payment order correctly and completely. Make sure you write your booking code and payment reference.

The reservation can be made at least 7 days before the travel date.

If you have not received the tickets by email within 3 business days of the bank transfer, please contact us to verify that the payment has been confirmed. You can contact us by email, filling out a form or calling the Call Center. Contact details are available here.

We may request proof of payment, if payment cannot be verified. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive the tickets at the email address provided in your reservation.
